We used Projects at Home’s Design and Management services to renovate our kitchen dining room and entranceway. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their design advice was practical, stylish and cost-effective. It was great to have experienced professionals entirely in our corner – Christina, Jess and the team helped draw out our vision, and they took our circumstances into consideration and helped ensure our kitchen diner would work well for our family over the long-term. They came up with a great option of reusing a lot of our existing kitchen cabinetry, which was still in good condition, and combining it with a new benchtop and complementary new cabinetry. People who saw the existing kitchen are amazed when we tell them that it’s a not a whole new kitchen, and it saved us over $5,000! Overall, Project at Home’s input was invaluable at guiding where we might want to spend more money to secure quality, and where we could save.   

We were initially hesitant about using their Management services as we thought our budget may be better utilised on the trades and hardware. We went ahead based on how impressed we were with their Design work, and are so glad we did. Their trades were all great, and as a client you benefit because they’re extra motivated to keep Christina and Jess happy. As busy working parents we appreciated having someone else coordinating the whole thing because, as I learned, it’s A LOT of work. Even if you have more spare time I would still recommend using Projects at Home, as they were there all the time checking that everything was done to spec and ensuring things were fixed on the few occasions that they weren’t. Their sequencing of trades also ensured that we were affected as little as possible, as we remained in the house with pre-schoolers for all but three days of the renovation.
